Booked Leads Co provides marketing services to HVAC businesses. This page explains how we handle information you choose to send us through this website or by email.

Information you provide

If you contact us, we may receive your name, business name, email address, website, service area, and the details you include in your message. Client onboarding may also include service territory, capacity, response process, business tool names, ad budget and job economics. Do not submit account passwords, payment card details or homeowner personal information. We use that information to respond, prepare a requested breakdown, and discuss our services. For clients, we also use onboarding information to provide the agreed services.

Service providers

Our website host, form provider, and email provider may process information needed to deliver the site and your message. We do not sell the information you send us through the contact form or email.

How long we keep it

We keep business correspondence as reasonably needed for our conversations and records. You can ask us to delete your inquiry, subject to records we must retain for legitimate business or legal reasons.
